چکیده

The combination of arterial hypertension and metabolic syndrome leads to an increased risk development cardiovascular complications. Early detection asymptomatic target organ damage determine additional is important, because pressure-dependent subclinical several organs reflects progression along the disease continuum. SCORE scale based on data from a number recent European multicenter studies takes into account all variants fatal events over 10-year period. However, does not take presence such factors for complications as insulin resistance, endothelial dysfunction, microalbuminuria
aim was assess ten-years in hypertensive's with syndrome, depending type insulinemia, microalbuminuria.
Materials methods. Were examined 96 patients (34 men, 62 women) average age (57±9) years. Office blood pressure measurement, level total cholesterol microalbuminuria daily urine were determined patients. An oral glucose tolerance test performed parallel determination endogenous insulin, endothelin-1, vasculoendothelial growth factor serum by immunoenzymatic method. Patients divided three groups. Group 1 included 29 normal basal postprandial levels insulin; 2nd group – 39 reactive hyperinsulinemia, 3rd 28 spontaneous hyperinsulinemia. To estimate risk, version countries high mortality used. Moderate criteria are defined index 1-4%, 5-9% very ≥ 10%.
Research results. A moderate prevailed almost 52% 35% 2 48% 43% 3 highest systolic diastolic characteristic high-risk hyperinsulinemia combined impaired tolerance, increasing 1.7 times under obesity, endothelin 7 times, 2.7 75% cases.
Conclusions. More than half hypertensive have according scale, which associated hypercholesterolemia disorders vasoregulation. signs increases severity resistance creates prerequisites atherosclerosis.
